Valour FC signs Canadian-Peruvian forward Jared Ulloa
Valour FC today announced that the club has signed Canadian-Peruvian forward Jared Ulloa.
Ulloa, 20, joins Valour FC after spending the previous season in Peru with Cusco FC (Liga 2, Peruvian Football League) where he helped his team get promoted by winning the Peruvian second-tier championship by making 16 appearances, scoring one goal, and playing 808 minutes.

The forward began his professional career with Club Sporting Cristal of the Peru First Division in 2020 after graduating from the team’s developmental program. In 2021, Ulloa was loaned to Valour FC where he appeared in 22 league matches and one in the Canadian Championship, totalling 852 minutes played while registering one assist.
Ulloa thus returns to Valour, this time on a permanent basis after his previous loan stint, where he joins a revamped attacking group featuring fellow newcomers Kian Williams, Pacifique Niyongabire, and Jaime Siaj. Overall, Ulloa is the ninth new player to sign for the Winnipeg club ahead of the 2023 CPL season.
