Account & Subscription
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription from your Customer Area at watch.onesoccer.ca by logging in and selecting My Subscription > Cancel Subscription. You must request cancellation at least 1 day and at most 30 working days before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the following month. You'll have access to OneSoccer up to your next renewal date. You can undo the cancellation at any time from your Customer Area if you change your mind.
Will I be charged if I cancel?
If you cancel at least 1 day before your renewal date, you won't be charged again. Your access continues until your next renewal date. Remember, cancellation must be requested at least 1 day and at most 30 working days before renewal.
Can I undo my cancellation?
Yes. If you've cancelled but changed your mind, you can undo your cancellation from your Customer Area by entering your credentials and selecting My Subscription > Undo Cancellation.
What subscription plans are available?
OneSoccer offers two plans:
- Monthly Plan: Pay month-to-month, renews automatically.
- Annual Plan: Full year at a discounted rate, renews automatically.
I can't access my Customer Area. What should I do?
First, try resetting your password from the login page. If you still can't access your account, contact us at info@onesoccer.ca or report the problem using the contact form with your account details.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, we can delete your account on our end. Once the deletion is complete, we’ll send you a confirmation.
Can you only delete my billing info?
We are unable to delete your billing information in isolation. Only a full account deletion is possible.
Can you apply the promo code for me?
No, we cannot apply the promo code for you. To use a promo code:
- Go to watch.onesoccer.ca
- Log in to your account
- Select the subscription
- Enter your promo code during checkout
- Complete the process with a valid payment method

When does the new season start with OneSoccer?
The new season starts in April every year.
What content is included with OneSoccer?
OneSoccer includes:
- All Canadian Premier League matches
- All Canadian Championship matches
- Canadian men's and women's national team home matches
- Concacaf Gold Cup
- Concacaf Nations League
- Concacaf Champions Cup
- Bundesliga matches
- Original shows about Canadian soccer
- NWSL
I'm not in Canada. Can I still watch OneSoccer?
Yes, you can enjoy OneSoccer from anywhere in the world. However, international viewers can only access:
- All Canadian Premier League games
- All Canadian Championship games
Are matches available on-demand after they air?
Yes, most live matches are available on-demand after the broadcast ends. On-demand content remains available for the duration of your subscription.
If there are several games at the same time, will I be able to watch all of them?
Yes. If several games are being played at the same time, we'll provide as many additional channels as there are games at that moment, so you can choose which one to watch.

What devices can I watch OneSoccer on?
OneSoccer is available on:
- PC and Mac via onesoccer.ca
- iOS, including iPhone and iPad
- Android smartphone and tablet
- Apple TV via the OneSoccer app
- Roku, compatible with all Roku models
- Chromecast from your mobile device
What internet speed do I need?
OneSoccer requires a minimum connection speed of 3 Mbps. For optimal HD quality, we recommend 10 Mbps or higher.
The video is buffering or freezing. What should I do?
Try these steps:
- Check your internet speed. Minimum is 3 Mbps, recommended is 10 Mbps or higher.
- Close other apps using bandwidth.
- Move closer to your WiFi router or use a wired connection.
- Clear your browser cache if watching on PC or Mac.
- Restart the app or device.
- Disable ad blockers, as they can cause video player errors.
How do I set up OneSoccer on Roku?
Ensure you have the latest Roku software, then:
- From your Roku, go to Home > Streaming Channels > Search.
- Search for OneSoccer.
- Select Add Channel.
- Once installed, open the app.
- Go to watch.onesoccer.ca/roku to link your account.
- Enter the code shown on your TV screen.
Why do I keep getting content protection errors on Roku?
In some cases, Roku devices may display a Content Protection Error when attempting to watch live streams. Live broadcasts use additional DRM protection, which requires the device and streaming service to complete a secure compatibility check. On certain Roku models or software configurations, this process may not complete successfully.

Why does the OneSoccer Roku app ask me to sign in every time?
On some Roku devices, you may be asked to sign in again when opening the OneSoccer app instead of remaining logged in. This behavior is generally platform-specific to Roku rather than an issue with the OneSoccer app itself.

Where do I watch content on OneSoccer?
All streaming takes place on watch.onesoccer.ca. This is the main streaming platform where you can watch live matches and on-demand content.
Where do I log in to my account?
You can log in through the Customer Area at watch.onesoccer.ca.
What is the difference between onesoccer.ca and watch.onesoccer.ca?
onesoccer.ca is the main website for information, marketing, and schedules. watch.onesoccer.ca is the streaming platform where you watch content and manage your account.
Billing & Payments
When will I be charged?
Your first payment is charged when you sign up. After that, you're charged on the same day each month as you originally signed up. For example, if you signed up on the 27th, you'll be charged on the 27th of each month. Your invoices are sent to your email address.
What payment methods do you accept?
OneSoccer accepts credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, through Recurly, a secure payment gateway with HTTPS encryption. Cards must be enabled for online transactions and may need 3D Secure enabled, such as Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode.
My payment failed. What should I do?
Payment failures can occur for several reasons:
- Card not enabled for online transactions: Contact your bank to enable online purchases.
- 3D Secure not enabled: Your card may need Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode enabled.
- Card expired or cancelled: Contact your bank for a new card.
- Insufficient funds: Make sure you have enough balance or try a different card.
Why am I getting charged?
Your account is being charged because your subscription is set to automatic renewal. You can cancel your autorenewal at least one day before renewal on watch.onesoccer.ca by going to Customer Area > My Subscription > Cancel Subscription. Your invoices are sent to your email address.
