Canada Soccer’s Men’s National Team is returning to Toronto for their Concacaf Nations League group finale against Honduras on Tuesday 28 March. The crucial League A match, presented by CIBC, doubles as qualifying for the summer’s Concacaf Gold Cup, while also marking Canada’s first match back on home soil since the Men’s National Team returned to the FIFA World Cup for the first time in 36 years.

“The last time we played in Toronto in March, we qualified for the FIFA World Cup,” said John Herdman, Canada Soccer’s Men’s National Team Head Coach. “This is just the start of the journey and we hope the fans that were there celebrating will support us on our first step towards our home World Cup preparations for 2026.”

Tickets to the home match at BMO Field will launch with presale windows starting Tuesday 21 February followed by a public on-sale date of Monday 27 February. The advance presale window will open on 21 February for all CanadaRED+GOLD members, followed by a presale window on 22 February for all CanadaRED+WHITE members, and a presale window on 23 February for all CanadaRED members. As the official payment services sponsor of Canada Soccer, Visa is offering Visa cardholders an opportunity to purchase tickets in advance of the public on-sale date. Visa cardholders can purchase tickets from Friday 24 February at 10.00 to 23.59 ET through CanadaSoccer.com. As Canada Soccer’s preferred payment provider, Visa will be the only payment method accepted during the Visa presale.

Canada (1W-0D-1L) have two matches remaining in their League A Group C schedule while their opponents Curaçao (1-0-2) and first-place Honduras (2-0-1) have one match left each. Canada will open the window away on Saturday 25 March in Willemstad, Curaçao before heading back to Toronto to face the awaiting Honduras.

Canada are riding a Men’s National Team record 15-match undefeated streak at home including a joint-record seven-match home win streak. Canada Soccer’s combined National Teams, meanwhile, have a combined 11-match undefeated streak at BMO Field since June 2017, which is also a Canada Soccer record.

While Canada are perfect 2-0-0 against Curaçao since 2017, they hold a 5W-3D-2L home record against Honduras since 1985. The overall record is an even 1-1-1 in their last three matches against Honduras since September 2021, with Honduras the 2-1 winners in San Pedro Sula in this round of Concacaf Nations League.
