BIG STEP FORWARD FOR ONESOCCER IN CRTC RULING

Toronto, ON – (July 30, 2025) – Timeless Inc., the parent company of OneSoccer, today issued the following statement regarding the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission’s (CRTC) recent decision (Broadcast Decision CRTC 2025-187), which can be attributed to Scott Mitchell, owner and CEO of Timeless Inc.:
“We welcome the CRTC’s decision this week, reaffirming its 2022 ruling that Rogers Communications conferred an undue preference by refusing to carry OneSoccer on cable TV.
Rogers’ continued refusal to make OneSoccer widely available has caused significant harm — not only to our company, but to Canadian soccer fans and the goals of the Broadcasting Act.
With the single largest global sporting event, the 2026 FIFA World Cup, being co-hosted in Canada and fast approaching, and qualifying for the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup on the horizon, it is more important than ever for OneSoccer to be a permanent and significant presence on linear television in support of our Men's and Women's National Teams as well as the TELUS Canadian Championship and all the tremendous Concacaf, Canadian Premier League and additional Canadian content distributed by OneSoccer.”
Timeless Inc. will continue to engage in the process outlined by the CRTC and submit proposed remedies in August as requested by the CRTC as we work towards a timely resolution. The company remains committed to providing fans with the best soccer coverage and providing Canadian soccer players with deserved visibility and exposure that supports their ability to flourish and succeed.
