Cavalry FC has announced the signing of a pair of young Canadian goalkeepers, 23-year-old telling Kerr to a U SPORTS contract, and 18-year-old Joseph Holliday, on a developmental contract to the 2023 roster.

Calgary-born Sterling Kerr joins Cavalry FC on a U SPORTS contract from Mount Royal University. Kerr made 29 appearances for the side and accumulated nine clean sheets.

Edmonton-born Joseph Holliday joined FC Edmonton’s Academy at the age of 12 and signed a development contract with the club at the age of 16. Holliday joins Cavalry FC following his time at FC Edmonton, where he made his first professional appearance for the side in 2022 against Valour FC.
