REPORT: Juventus star Julia Grosso linked to Manchester City
Canadian women's national team star Julia Grosso has enjoyed an excellent pro club debut with Juventus over the last two seasons, and has already begun attracting attention from other major European powerhouses as the 22-year-old has now been linked with interest from English outfit Manchester City.
Reports out of Italy suggest Manchester City are keeping tabs on Grosso, who is currently contracted to Juventus through 2024. Those reports also state that Juventus aren't willing to part ways with Grosso until at least 2026, as the club hopes to sign their Canadian 'diamond' to a new contract in fear of losing her to other interested outfits.

Grosso – who joined Juventus for the 2021-22 season out of the University of Texas Longhorns – quickly became a mainstay in Joe Montemurro's Juventus side, making 35 appearances and scoring two goals from midfield over the last 13 months. That club form also propelled her to a starting role in the Canadian midfield alongside Chelsea standout Jessie Fleming, and Grosso earned 15 caps and scored 3 goals in 2022 as a result.
